We are currently seeking a **Working Supervisor **to join our team in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, a charming community with a thriving outdoor lifestyle.

As a **Working Supervisor**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the daily operations of our team run smoothly and efficiently. You will spend 75% of your day working in production and 25% planning, monitoring the performance of employees, organizing workflow, coaching, and training staff, and ensuring all health and safety requirements are met.

There are a few things that will help you excel in this role:
**Skills**:

- Experience supervising a small team and being part of a large team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize work tasks and delegate effectively
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Comfortable with paperwork and record-keeping
- Standard computer and Microsoft Office experience

Qualifications:

- Forklift experience
- Background in supervision
- Basic computer and paperwork experience

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

- Local to Bridgewater, with multiple worksites
- Indoor | outdoor industrial environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion

Work Schedule and Salary:

- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, day shift, with occasional weekend and overtime work
- Salary range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, based on job alignment
- Medical, dental and retirement plan
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license required
