**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Training for the front line to serve as a point of contact for various requirements coming from students, internal staff, and external clients
- Training in Academic team to serve teachers' faculty, and students on all academic related matters
- Training for students' admission and student/partner support, ensuring a delivery of high quality customer service
- Training in Pathway department to provide students with ongoing support on all High-Education related inquiries with a high quality of customer service
- Training with Homestay team to help placing students in homestays, providing them with the best-matched type of accommodation, and ensuring they have a positive experience
- Training in Accounting department for Junior Accounts Receivable role
- Learning and sharpening your skills while you train across organization
- Working with experienced professionals in the education industry who come from around the globe.

**Requirements**:

- College diploma in one of the related fields, or an appropriate combination of education and experience
- Hospitality, accommodation or administrative working experience is preferred
- Able to work under high pressure and highly dynamic environment
- Complete fluency in English and second language is an asset
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong computer proficiency, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
- Basic mathematical competence.
