**What you do**:
As a key member of the Content Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing Boston Pizza’s corporate social media channels while creating and designing content across multiple platforms (digital and non-digital).

In this role you will be expected to:

- Formulate strategy around growth of owned channels, realizing efficiencies where possible;
- Identify and pursue opportunities to build followers, fans and ultimately new customers;
- Imagine and create engaging food and lifestyle posts (images, GIFs, video)
- Develop a monthly content calendar for all owned Social channels: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages;
- Build and deliver training to improve Boston Pizza’s social efforts and provide administrative support for page admins and editors;
- Work with the Marketing Team to support product launches and promotions and the Guest Services team to reply to guests on social media;
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with the Digital Marketing team to ensure all digital asset requirements are accounted for;
- Provide regular reports and analytics relating to Boston Pizza’s social media presence ;
- Actively monitor social media trends, best practices and opportunities to expand into new platforms;
- Identify and engage with influencers and bloggers (contracts, PR kits, etc);

**Who you are**:

- You have an undergraduate degree or diploma in communications or marketing;
- You have 1-3 years of marketing or other relevant experience;
- You have a creative aptitude for design, copywriting, video and GIF development;
- You have demonstrated experience with social content development and community engagement;
- You have a passion for social media, both professionally and personally
- You have proficient knowledge of the social media industry, platforms, trends, tracking and listening tools;
- You have an endless curiosity as to what motivates and inspires consumers;
- You have excellent writing skills including grammar, punctuation and creativity;
- You are a collaborative team player with strong communication skills;
- You are passionate about the brand and have a keen interest in the food hospitality industry;
- It would be ideal if you were bilingual (English/French)
