Tasks and responsibilities:
Calendar and appointment planning

Creating and transferring different documents, such as Word documents, excel spreadsheets, PDFs, contracts, and estimations.

Customer, insurance carrier, and office worker communication

Keeping thorough and accurate records for internal and external databases

Qualifications and abilities:
QuickBooks experience is preferred but not a requirement.

Microsoft Office proficiency Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Excellent written and oral communication abilities

Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for precision

Full Time: Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 (depending on experience)
