The Chaulk Real Estate Team is seeking an EA Client Relations Manager to join our team.

**Who we are**: We are a 30+ family based real estate team that is passionate about Calgary & the foothills real estate. Founded by Wayne and his wife Denise joined a short time later, and their daughter and now team lead who started in 2005

**What the job looks like**:

- Manage all the administrative steps in buying and selling a home
- Client manager and liaison to Buyers and Sellers working with the team
- Prep Occasional Offers
- Prep Buyer Showing Packages
- Upload Listing Details online
- Prep for listings - Order photos, measurements, videos, and signs for new listings
- Lockbox management
- Digital File Management & Client Files
- Update and manage client information management in a CRM
- Work directly with real estate brokerage submitting completed paperwork
- Dealing with clients in deal process as support & past clients support. Happy to bring in some creation of effective communication.
- Maybe on call for emergencies / on-fire moments
- Run the deal-by-deal client survey.
- Mail out support & Marketing send out and printing organizing.
- Knows about the steps in real estate transactions.
- Support the team lead in new initiatives, automation, and team communication

**Strengths and Duties We Need**:
Lead management, Team Organization, Lite Event planning & support, Coordinating client gifts, Listing marketing coordination. Light help during staging, Past client interaction management, Optimization and automation in workflows, a great researcher

Who we are looking for
- We are looking for an administratively gifted person that understands how to work in a fast-paced environment.
- This person would have pride and thrive in solving problems and working fast.
- We need some who is looking for longevity and to settle into a job where they are a key part of the team (part of the glue that holds things together)
- This person is rarely rattled and is easy going, laid back and not afraid to speak up.
- Will always have a pulse on the deals in progress and upcoming clients.
- Having real estate industry experience is considered as asset that is highly valued However, we will interview other talented EA from another industry too if the fit is right.
- Must know how to deal with all types of people and be a calming yet assertive personality, even within the team.
- Has boundaries but is ok with some rouge calls when needed.
- A person who likes to laugh, give high fives and the occasional cheers

**Hours**

18-24 hours a week, maybe room to grow as the team does

**Wage**

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

**Location**:Must be available to work in office 3-4 days a week, with a small amount done at home, with a possibility to work hybrid eventually. We are located in Midnapore.

The Chaulk Real Estate Team is seeking a EA Client Relations Manager to join our team.

This position will report directly to the Team Lead, Rebecca Chaulk.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.**Questions to answer to get an interview**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
