As **Virtual Health Clinical Lead** you will use your clinical and Virtual Health experience to support the transformation of care by leading the clinical planning of new Virtual Health services. In this role you will work in close collaboration with leaders and clinical teams to advance health care services and ensure the alignment of current, emerging and best practices for the provision of virtual care.

- Lead, plan, develop, implement and evaluate new or redesigned virtual health services to support care improvement priorities while ensuring alignment with operational requirements and provincial mandates.
- Function as a strategic resource for the Virtual Health and Clinical management team.
- Provide coordination and consultation within a change management and clinical service context to ensure optimal design and use of virtual care practices, workflows and service models.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support and/or inform the service delivery changes through workflow assessment and redesign.
- Coordinates with corporate and clinical partners to ensure clinical practice, technology requirements, and privacy and security standards are met.
- Act as an advisor to clinical leaders regarding assessment of impacts of incorporating virtual health into service delivery, from an organizational, operational, workforce and systems perspective.

**We look for you to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Allied Health Science and/or other relevant clinical field.
- Seven (7) years recent related clinical experience in a health care environment
- Five (5) years' experience responsible for managing and leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Experience with redevelopment projects and virtual health will be an asset.
- Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.

We are currently recruiting for a** regular full time** opportunity **primarily working** **remotely** with an office located at **Central City** in **Surrey,** **BC**. An ideal location with access to rapid transit, on site-gym and shopping services as well as other amenities. **This work may require occasional in-person visits to meet with clinical teams in the Health Authority.**

Detailed Overview:
**Supporting the Vision, Values, Purpose and Commitments of Fraser Health including service delivery that is centered around patients/clients/residents and families**:
Leads the planning, implementation and evaluation of sustainable virtual health practices. Ensures related clinical operations and service delivery models are efficient, effective, meet initiative objectives, are aligned with provincial mandates around care management and delivery, and support integration across programs and services to ensure and support client safety, quality care management and delivery.

**Responsibilities**:
