**Job Summary**
The work nature of the position “Line Cook” is cooking dishes, preparing food materials, and implementing equipment maintenance in different cooking sections. The
Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following
responsibilities in a professional manner.
(fry section, wok section, and grill section).
**Shift Time**
- Shift Range: 11:00 to 22:00
- 5 days or 6 days a week
**Job Duties**
- Cook various dishes based upon high volume food orders
- Prepare food materials, such as raw meat, food garnishments and eating utensils
- Add different sauce or ingredients to the dishes from the kitchen
- Open and/or close the work section on time
- Handle and store food materials based upon workplace sanitation/safety standards
- Help to maintain the tools and equipment used in the workplace
- Participate in the workplace cleaning and staff meetings
**Qualifications**
- Must have Food Handler Certification or equivalent.
- Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
- Be flexible for working and rotating shifts.
- Have at least 6 months of working experience.
- Culinary education background is preferred
