**Who are we?**

**What will be your role?**

The Field Devices Global Program Manager will be responsible for the management of our global portfolio of Field Devices. You will have the strategic function of managing the Field Devices offer through our network of system integrators. You will establish and maintain partnership with field device suppliers and system integrators to achieve these goals.

**What will you do?**
- Responsible for Field Devices offer pricing, including strategy, margin control and price lists.
- Manage price updates, price quotation tools/forms and published price lists.
- Conduct competitive analysis and gather market intelligence to govern pricing strategy.
- Optimize current offer prices and identify potential re-pricing/up-pricing opportunities to enhance portfolio profitability.
- Conduct annual pricing reviews and maintain a database of competitive intelligence on pricing and discount structures.
- Liaison with the marketing and communications team to create pricing awareness and promotions.
- Collaborate with Field devices program manager, to monitor and analyze competitor offers and initiatives to ensure competitiveness.
- Work with sales, Procurement, and others as required to facilitating optimum pricing position of Distech’s Field Devices offer.
- Provide oversight of the price discount and maintain margin control.
- Participate in supplier reviews on price position and discounts.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve pricing conflicts.
- Utilize business intelligence and ERP tools to build relevant dashboards, reports and conduct business analysis as required.
- Manage the eCommerce/eStore sales channel.
- Partner with program leadership to optimize offer pricing, tools, and sales channels.
- Develop strategies and plans to improve customer satisfaction for foster growth within each sales region.
- Participates in industry forums, chapters, and associations relevant to BMS and Field Devices.
- Champion a high-performance leadership and contribute to an inclusive team-oriented environment.

**Qualification Required**:

- A university degree in a business or finance-related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in Pricing management, and/or business analysis.
- Experience in project management, or supervisory role.
- Experience in report-writing and in making presentations to senior management.
- Proficient with Domo, SAP, Tableau and/or other visualization tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle various priorities.
- Structured and well organized.
- Personal computer proficiency and excels in MS Office Applications.
- Proactive, autonomous and demonstrates leadership.
- Resourceful and capable of handling multiple simultaneous tasks and priorities.

**Mandatory**:

- Valid drivers license

**Assets**:

- Knowledge BMS industry and players.
- Sales management experience in a B2B environment
- French and Spanish Language
