**Who are we searching for?**
- **We are looking for a Full Time Production Maintenance Technician to join our busy and growing Future Transfer team on our day shift**_
- **Job Duties**:_
- Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures to buildings, equipment and utility systems to maintain the overall functionality of the facility
- To perform preventative, predictive and diagnostic maintenance on production, packaging, and facility equipment
- To participate in developing and maintaining a preventative maintenance program (daily, weekly and monthly) for the facility and the equipment
- Install, maintain and repair process equipment within manufacturer’s specifications
- Will be on call after hours and on weekends to respond to both major and minor equipment breakdowns, to notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Timely execution of projects and work from the provided task list
- Verifying on all work orders that work has been completed and has met our quality standards
- To resolve machine problems with effective troubleshooting using internal and external support systems
- Documentation of all work performed using maintenance tracking systems and/or technical reports
- Superior attention to detail
- **Required Knowledge/Qualifications**_**:

- Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and other systems
- Ability to tear down and repair pumps, motors and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools, and devices
- Support operations department as a service provider
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with forklift and articulating equipment is an asset
- Minimum 5 years industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience required
- **Working Conditions**:_
- Working in chemical plant and production environment
- May be required to work outside during repairs and for preventative maintenance requirements
- Long periods of standing and walking

**Salary**: $24.00-$27.00 per hour
