**Position Summary**
The Manager of Global Supply Chain Communication and Change Management is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the communications, strategies, plans, and programs for all Global Supply Chain.
She/he will develop and own the Supply Chain communication strategy, starting from ensuring timely and effective information sharing between regional and global supply chain teams, creating a new, formal recognition strategy. She/he will own the framework for creation and sharing of success stories, ensuring they are visible and relevant to the whole organization through collaboration with the global communications team.
She/he will facilitate change management for key global supply chain initiatives by collaborating closely with the cross-functional teams and external agencies to lead development of communication, training, and promotional materials. She/he will be accountable to drive Customer-Obsession in Supply Chain by creating inspiring communication, effective training, and success-story-based change management material.
**The Team**
McCain’s Global Supply Chain team is responsible for setting up the extended Supply Chain organization for success. The team focuses on enabling strong business performance by leveraging McCain’s global footprint as a competitive advantage. We partner with our Regional Supply Chain teams to evaluate the global flow of goods, establish core operating processes, and strengthen organizational capabilities. It is a growing team, and you will find you are surrounded by team members looking out for one another and always available to help someone in need.
**What You Will Be Working On**
- Develops, implements, and communicates strategies and key messages in clear and concise language using a variety of communication tactics
- Ensures internal and external communications are integrated
- Establishes and continually reviews best practice guidelines for communication and engagement
- Plans and coordinates information sharing across all functions and levels of the organization
- Ensures timely and accurate updates of all relevant information across multiple communication platforms (e.g., intranet, MS Teams, Yammer) and facilitates information sharing between regions and global organization
- Initiates and lead open conversations with teams, customers, and stakeholders to build trust and credibility
- Collaborates with internal and external groups to formulate change management plans and activities to support new projects and initiatives
- Integrates change management activities into project plan and leads execution against it
- Applies change management practices to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by key projects or initiatives (e.g., S&OP Transformation, technology implementation, standard metrics definitions)
- Works with Global Supply Chain leaders to assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Accountable to create and regularly update training materials based on new projects and releases
- Leads coordination of global supply chain conferences, including agenda, content, attendees, and objectives
What You Need to be Successful
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Communications, or related roles in a complex environment
- Effective communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, data management principles and practices
- A proven ability to develop professional relationships and influence others
- Works well under pressure, change, and ambiguity
