Bridgeway Support Services, a division of Bridgeway Family Homes, is seeking highly-skilled Child and Youth Workers to support families, children, and youth who are experiencing a range of social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges through a goal-focused service. You will be part of a team and your role will be to provide services in the client’s home and in the community.

We are looking for individuals to provide Casual services on an as-needed basis during the week typically between 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm and some weekend sessions. The number and times of available sessions are based on our client’s needs and will fluctuate from week to week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of goal-focused activities.
- Implementation of programs.
- Behaviour Management.
- Case notes as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Child and Youth Work or related Social Service Diploma or Degree.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational, administrative, and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of FASD, ODD, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders, and other diagnoses is beneficial.

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Welfare Record Check.
- Driver’s Abstract, ‘G’ Class Driver’s license, and insured vehicle.
- Computer.
