**Job Overview**

We’re looking for a **skilled and motivated Security Installation Technician** to join our Edmonton team. In this hands-on role, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot cutting-edge security systems for both residential and commercial clients. Your work directly impacts our customers' safety and peace of mind, so attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential.

**What You’ll Do**
- Install, configure, and test advanced security systems, including alarms, cameras, access control, and other smart security equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure systems operate flawlessly
- Provide outstanding customer service by professionally addressing client questions and concerns
- Educate clients on system operation and upkeep to maximize their security investment
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments for smooth project completion
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all installations, service calls, and maintenance activities

**What We’re Looking For**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or degrees in electronics, electrical engineering, or related fields are a strong asset
- Proven hands-on experience installing and servicing security systems
- Strong technical knowledge of security hardware, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- Superior communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
