The HR Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for full cycle recruitment of health care aides and practical nurses to work in a home care setting. This position includes collecting and gathering personnel records and documentation for all employees in compliance with Alberta employment standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Continuous development and execution of a local recruitment strategy
- Collaborate with care team to assess hiring needs
- Post jobs and manage the hiring process using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Conduct new hire employee orientations and ongoing training
- Full administration of employee files and HR related documentation
- Assist in scheduling, reception and other administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**
- Previous full cycle recruitment experience preferred
- Experience in a high volume home care setting is considered an asset
- Associate’s degree or higher level of education preferred
- Self motivated and organized, able to handle stress and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
- Experienced user of technology including MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Outgoing and positive attitude, enjoys team collaboration
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A professional appearance
