DLC Greenteam, the West Island's leader in landscape maintenance, landscape construction, and snow removal, is looking to hire a full-time Controller to join our team.

The Controller will be responsible for organizing and reporting on the financial operations of the company. This position is responsible for A/P and A/R, bank reconciliations, government remittances and to prepare various financial reports for the owners.

**Responsibilities**:

- AR management (sales invoicing verification, client dispute resolution)
- AP management (releasing funds, managing vendors)
- Bank deposits & cheque printing
- Act as Company liaison between the organization and bank, MRQ and external financial accountant
- Weekly cash flow
- Reporting (A/R aging, A/P aging, month end statements
- Reconciliations (Bank, credit card statement, journal entries)
- Maintain up to date schedule of Fixed Asset values
- GST filing for 4 numbered companies

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 3+ total years in a controller's position, is an asset
- CPA, CGA or CMA designation or year's of experience in an accounting role
- Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skill
- Ability to manage priorities and meet workflow deadlines
- Expert knowledge of Excel. Experience using QuickBooks would be an asset
- Bilingualism in French and English

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
