**About the position**:
Houle's Corporate Finance team in Burnaby is searching for an enthusiastic **A/R Administrator.** This position reports to the Assistant Controller with day to day direction from the A/R Team Lead.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career on a Corporate Finance team

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Data entry into ERP system
- Record daily deposits
- Follow up with customers regarding cash receipts, credits, and over/under payments
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices
- Assist Project managers, Service Coordinators, and Customers with AR related inquiries
- Send customer statements monthly
- Assist with credit card fee allocations
- Follow up with customers to ensure correct contact details in our system
- Assist with other Accounts Receivable functions as necessary

**Experience and Skills**:

- Minimum completion of Secondary School, Post-Secondary education an asset
- Experience in a similar position or any entry level finance/accounting position an asset
- Experience in construction industry accounting, or credit training an asset
- Able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented
- Customer-service driven
- Able to work as a member of a team
