In the Supply Chain HR Internship, you will 1. directly help develop projects & Initiatives that will strengthen our leadership teams 2. Accompany change management efforts and 3. Map different processes and optimize upon them.

**Summary of the role**
- Participate/lead project meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Make and lead a voice of customer + brainstorm sessions to identify needs
- Interview SME and users to understand processes; map them and create appropriate documentation
- Help SC develop the new process for obsolescence
- Map the new process for Obsolescence process
- Create SOP documents, flowcharts, procedures, RACI,
- Work with the SCI team to ensure feasibility of requirements and availability of data, tools, information.
- May be asked to support the Supply Chain team with reporting and analysis tools.

**Professional Qualifications**
- Bachelor studies in GOL, Engineering, Administration or other relevant field
- Experience in consumer goods or food industry considered an asset
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Knowledge of SAP is an asset
- Proficient in French (spoken and written)
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Works well in a team
- Organizational skills
