The Proposal Specialist will join the Proposals Team and play a crucial role in supporting the development of high-quality submissions for new business opportunities and major projects.

**What You'll Do Here**
- Collaborate with Proposal / Estimating managers, Senior Management and other Company-wide resources to develop and design high-quality proposal submissions.
- Develop overall proposal strategies, calendars and responsibility matrices.
- Create visually appealing layouts, templates and designs for proposals, presentations, and other marketing material.
- Develop proposal content, custom graphics, charts, and infographics to effectively convey complex and/or technical information.
- Review and edit content and graphics to ensure proper accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the Customer’s requirements.
- Tracking and expediting proposal inputs from internal and external partners / stakeholders.
- Review and proof/edit proposal content for proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style consistency.
- Research relevant statistics from previous project experience, work plans and other sources of information to extract relevant content.
- Ensure all proposal content meets the requirements, and is compliant with, the Customer’s request.
- Maintain and control Project Profile / Information Sheets.
- Organize and schedule team meetings, prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
- Ensure all graphics and layouts adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the overall readability and impact of the proposal.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and post-bid debrief meetings. Document results and lessons learned.
- Prepare reports and/or presentations for senior management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and proposal development.
- Some local travel may be required

**What You Bring To The Team**
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, English or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in proposal writing and graphic design, preferably in a technical or construction environment
- Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into a complete and engaging proposal document.
- Strong communication, collaboration and writing skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Advanced skills in Adobe, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- High degree of organizational skills with familiarity of project management methodologies
- Some technical ability / background with preferable construction experience
- SharePoint administration experience
- Marketing and design experience
