IT Technical Support Analyst

Edmonton, Canada Accurate Network Services Inc. Full time

Accurate Network Services Inc. is on the hunt for a master-class Service Desk Technical Analyst to join our team of lovable computer nerds.

The person who holds this role is the voice at the end of the line providing awesome—not to mention critical—customer support. As the core of the Accurate Service Desk, we count on you to create an incredible customer experience by leaning into your troubleshooting skills and resourcefulness.

While this role is primarily providing remote support from the Edmonton or Calgary office, there may be times where you go onsite to one of our clients’ locations to provide support. There are also plenty of after-hours opportunities to fine tune your more technical project skills. You will also be required to take part in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every 12 weeks).

Accurate Network Services Inc. is an Edmonton-based managed service provider focused on common sense, practical IT solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. We have offices in both Edmonton and Calgary, and have an active social committee that brings us all together wherever you may be located.

At Accurate, we strive daily to foster a community of positivity, learning, customer-focus, and accountability. Our values are a way of life for us, not empty words plastered on the wall behind the coffee machine. To be a part of the team, you’ll need to get behind the values.

We think Accurate is a pretty sweet place to call your work home. When we’re not Jedi mind-bending computers to our will, we may be go-karting, mini-golfing, or throwing axes at things (in a controlled setting—we’re not animals). Or, perhaps, we’re taking advantage of the company’s personal fitness and professional development allowances. Sound like something you want to be a part of? We’d love to hear from you.
