**Requirments**:

- Completion of an Exercise Physiologist designation through CSEP or ACSM.
- Experience with Graded exercise tolerance testing (stress test with an ECG) and Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET).
- At least two years of clinical experience in a primary health care area including assessing patients in an acute or community/out client care setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET)
- Graded exercise tolerance testing
- Body composition testing
- Functional movement screens (FMS),
- Balance testing such as the modified CTSIB protocol
- Various strength tests such as grip strength, dead hangs, and plank test
- Senior fitness test
- Various biomechanical, gait tests and assisted device ergonomic recommendations
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, motivated team environment.
- Timely and detailed documentation of client interactions in chart notes.
- Compile and prepare comprehensive health status reports, incorporating test and assessment results.
- Create personalized exercise programs based on clinical guidelines from CSEP/ACSM.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to provide coaching services and enhance clients' health outcomes.
- Proactively collaborate with team members to support clients' health plans.
- Orient clients to clinic services and capabilities.
- Engage clients in discussions on topics such as fall prevention, injury prevention, sleep health, and stress management.
