We are looking for a **Service Advisor** to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in terms of the customer experience in conducting diagnostic procedures to determine vehicle maintenance requirements and providing accurate repair recommendations to our customers.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Shift is from 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Saturdays. Your exact working days will be determined after hiring on.
- Establish rapport with retail customers in person and on the phone.
- Clarify customer needs that help to locate the required service and suggest any related service in which customers might be interested.
- Work with Hyundai and other vendors to get warranty work approved and paid.
- Understand and coordinate the flow of work between the technicians and parts in order to best serve the customer.
- Become an integral part of a cohesive team environment that strives to create the best possible experience for our Parts, Service and Sales customers

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses is considered an asset.
- Experience with PBS is considered an asset.
- Experience in the service department is an asset.
- A detailed understanding of Parts and Service operations.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A person of professionalism and high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honours their commitments.
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and resourceful.
- High-level skills in Word, Excel and MS Office etc.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a safe driving history.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
