The Leasing & Marketing Representative will report to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for leasing and marketing activities for Emerald's property management clients. This role requires strong strategic leadership, prioritization, organization, communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies, policies, and procedures to align with Emerald's mission and vision
- Prepare and manage leasing and marketing budgets, revenue forecasts, and expenditures
- Complete full-cycle leasing activities, from initial contact to move-in/out inspections
- Monitor tenant performance and address compliance issues related to lease terms and conditions
- Develop and maintain business relationships with tenant community and industry contacts
- Resolve complaints and concerns from leaseholders, the public, and staff
- Ensure strong owner/tenant/resident and board relations through proactive service delivery and expedient issue resolution
- Participate in broader corporate initiatives and property management committees as required
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Develop a strong knowledge of the marketplace and make recommendations on marketing and leasing trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize shared revenue opportunities

Qualifications and Skills:

- 1-2 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or sales
- Passion for customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking
- Strong organizational, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Knowledge of social media platforms and willingness to learn relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
