**POSITION** SUMMARY**:

- We are looking for SECURITY PERSONNEL for a high-profile condominium site located in the Kingston Road and Valley Farm Road in Pickering. Minimum requirement of one (1) year condominium security experience required, in a permanent position. Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code of Canada. Use-of-Force/De-escalation training is an asset. If you have a valid Ontario Security Guard license and a passion for customer service, we want to meet you

**POSITION** RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide access control to the condominium
- Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the facility grounds
- Monitor CCTV and conduct investigations as required
- Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to site emergencies
- Undertake site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor
- Demonstrate judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge in emergencies or other incidents
- Effectively operate security equipment/systems, computers, radios, phones
- Maintain meticulous record keeping and report writing

**‪POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- One (1) year condominium experience
- Must be comfortable working around animals such as dogs and cats
- Must be available for 8 -12 hour shifts
- Friday & Saturday overnights or Saturday & Sunday day/afternoon shifts
- Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required
- Eligibility to work full-time, legally in Canada without restrictions (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Work Permit only)
