Experienced Hairstylist

**Overview**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in hair styling while providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a positive salon environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet clients' needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment.
- Upsell products and services during consultations to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
- Maintain an organized inventory of salon products and supplies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong communication skills to effectively discuss styles and preferences with clients.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling hair care products.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices within the salon environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$40.97 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
