We are currently in need of a self-starter individual who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and become an integral part of our Winnipeg team as our next Shipper/Receiver. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our customers receive goods and services to achieve and maintain clean indoor air.
**The day-to-day activities of our Shipper/Receiver include**:

- Shipping and Receiving - Performing various shipping and receiving tasks, while ensuring orders are picked and packed accurately in a timely manner and to the customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers, suppliers and couriers to ensure positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Commitment to Safety: You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a secure work environment for all team members. This involves participating in the health and safety program, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and diligently documenting any incidents or near misses.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required.

**During the interview process, we will assess the following**:

- Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 23 Kg (50lbs).
- Safety focused mindset: Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures and actively seeking ways to improve safety.
