**Program Facilitator (Full-Time Regular and Full-Time Term)**
-Allied Health, Life Sciences, Dental Assisting and Veterinary Technology
- **POSITION TYPE**: 1 Full-Time Regular and 1 Full-Time Term Positions Available (anticipated August 25, 2025 up to March 31, 2028)
- **SALARY**: $51,573 - $72,573 per annum
- **POSITION LOCATION**: Notre Dame Campus (Winnipeg, MB)
- **DUTIES**
- **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary education in Administration, Education, Allied Health, Life Sciences, Dental Assisting or Veterinary Technology
- Experience supporting the delivery of educational programs and services
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Experience providing customer service to a multicultural and multi-needs customer base
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including an advanced knowledge of Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
- Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience building a respectful workplace culture that promotes diversity, learning and continuous improvement

**ASSET QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience fostering community partnerships
- Experience working with budgets and financial operations
- Experience with project management using an established project methodology
- Experience maintaining websites and social media platforms
- Experience with promotion and marketing for a program or business
- Diploma in Veterinary Technology

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**
- Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This position may be required to work evenings and/or weekends
- This position may be required to travel
- This position may be required to work throughout the academic year including the summer months
- May be required to work at various RRC Polytech campuses
- Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Criminal Records Check, including a Vulnerable Persons Sector Check
- Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Adult Abuse Registry Check
- Incumbent must provide a current and satisfactory Child Abuse Registry Check
