L'associé aux ventes est chargé de fournir un service client exceptionnel conformément aux normes de l'entreprise, de travailler avec un système de "point de vente" (POS), de générer des ventes, du mise en marché et de l'entretien général de la propreté et de l'apparence du magasin. Les autres responsabilités comprennent: - Veuiller à ce que chaque client reçoive un service exceptionnel en offrant un environnement convivial, ce qui comprend l'accueil, la reconnaissance et la nouvelle approche de chaque client, le maintien d'une solide connaissance des produits et tous les autres aspects du service à la clientèle ; - Rester informé des promotions et publicités les plus récentes ; - Participer au merchandising, aux étalages et au maintien de la propreté du magasin ; - Réapprovisionner la marchandise, surveiller le stock de plancher et traiter les expéditions ; - Diriger les clients dans la localisation de la marchandise ; - Traiter les achats en espèces/crédit/débit à la caisse à l'aide d'un système de point de vente (POS); - Adhérer à toutes les politiques de l'entreprise conformément au manuel de l'employé ; - Se conformer à la politique et aux règlements conformément au manuel de l'employé de l'entreprise en ce qui concerne l'intégrité et la prévention des pertes. - Autres tâches assignées par la direction. Exigences de l'emploi Qualifications: - 5 an d'expérience en vente au détail ou en service à la clientèle; - Les heures de travail incluent tous les samedis (dimanche et lundi fermé); - Bilingue; - Excellentes capacités de service à la clientèle ; - Capable de communiquer avec les associés et les clientes ; - Disposition amicale et attitude positive; Autre: - Capacité physique à rester debout, à monter sur une échelle et occasionnellement à déplacer et manipuler des boîtes de marchandises (pesant jusqu'à 30 livres) et des accessoires dans tout le magasin, ce qui implique de soulever et d'effectuer toutes les fonctions décrites ci-dessus ; - Seront assurés une formation.
