**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform auto body repairs and refinishing on vehicles damaged by accidents, wear, or aging.
- Assess vehicle damage and prepare estimates for repairs.
- Remove, replace, and repair damaged vehicle parts such as panels, doors, hoods, fenders, etc.
- Straighten and repair frames, bumpers, and body panels using specialized tools.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of repaired areas and ensure vehicle safety.
- Use computerized systems for estimating and repair documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work closely with team members, including service advisors and other technicians, to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Proficiency in using frame machines, paint booths, and various hand/power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver’s license (required for test drives and vehicle movement).
