**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Collaborate project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Assist in the development of design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to gather information for drafting purposes.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in drafting technology.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architectural Drafting or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong ability to utilize satellite imagery and Google Earth
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant projects or coursework is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
