As a Demolition Foreman with Deconstructors, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our demolition projects. You will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, technical expertise, and commitment to safety while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

**Project Leadership**:Lead and coordinate demolition projects, ensuring they align with project goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
Collaborate closely with project managers to develop detailed demolition plans and strategies.

**Team Management**:Supervise and mentor a team of skilled demolition workers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Provide on-the-job training and guidance to enhance the skills of team members.

**Safety Excellence**:Uphold and reinforce our company's commitment to safety by enforcing OSHA and industry safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a secure work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a demolition foreman or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
- OSHA certification is a plus.

**Salary**: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Nanaimo, BC (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Nanaimo, BC: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
