Hamilton based remodel company is looking for an individual for Residential home additions & renovations.

Starting pay is $25/hr to $32/hr depending on experience.

Increases come with experience, progression of adaptability & capabilities & skill level. Looking for a self motivated go-getter.

Experience in ground up construction to all aspects of finishing.

Example of some of duties that you have experience with would be: Install hardwood floors, demolition, install cabinets, drywall, insulation, tile, finish trim, doors, framing, take measurements, calculate sizes, etc.

Our priority is to deliver exceptional quality craftmanship to our clients while make work fun and exciting. We are well organized and use top quality products. We implement the newest construction methods while maintaining a high emphasis on safety at all times. A clean workspace and good relations with our clients is a very high priority.

Carpenter - Min. 5-10 yrs exp. is a MUST

You may be given a company truck after initial probation period.

We shutdown for 2 weeks in the summer and 1 week off at Christmas.

We provide bonuses at the end of the year in terms of paid days off and/or financially.

Must have G license with own transportation as we travel within a 60KM radius (Hamilton, Dundas,, Burlington, Ancaster, Stoney Creek) etc. We try to book locally for most of our work however, on occasion we book projects in the Grimsby and St. Catharines area.

Your own hand tools are required. (tool belt and basic hand tools).

Safety boots are a must.

All power tools are supplied on the job.

All work must be precise, therefore someone with a good eye for detail and clean work ethic is a must.

Looking for a serious team player who is capable of learning new skills and advancing within the company.

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

On job sites we have hand sanitizer and masks available at all times.
