MSD Contracting is looking to hire an Office Administrator to our front office team. We are looking to hire someone above all with a good attitude and who enjoys working in teams. This person needs to have good communication skills and be able to learn quickly. He/She must have a high attention to detail and quality. He/she must be proficient with computers and be able to learn quickly company specific software. I.e payroll, estimating software, QuickBooks. This role will evolve as the company grows.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Book keeping (Maybe)
- Payroll
- Record Keeping
- Depositing Cheques
- Invoicing
- Tracking Inventory
- Pay Bills & Vendors
- Update company policy and procedures
- Order inventory
- Set up meetings

Location
- Future office to be located in the Aurora/Newmarket/Mount Albert Area

Compensation
- $20 - $25/Per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Extended health care

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
