**Basic Purpose**:
Responsible for the administration and overall maintenance of the Canadvantage Rewards Program.

**Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities**:

- responsible for the administration of the program including reporting, managing enrolments of both employees and customers
- auditing the program
- managing the database
- preparing reports for senior management
- investigating transactions and ensuring reward points are accurate.

**Qualifications**:

- able to provide superior customer service
- able to recommend and suggest technology improvements as identified
- ability to use Excel and related programs
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability
- Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Must be mature and reliable
- Flexible and adaptable to constant change

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
