**About Us**

Panda Luxury Homes is a real estate company specializing in luxury property management, real estate sales, and commercial property services. We are looking for an **experienced In-House Property Manager** to join our team and provide high-quality property management services for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Rental Management**: Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, and lease administration
- **Client Communication**: Act as the primary point of contact between landlords and tenants, addressing concerns and inquiries
- **Property Maintenance**: Coordinate repairs, inspections, and ongoing maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor rental market trends and optimize pricing strategies
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure lease agreements comply with BC's Residential Tenancy Act (RTB)
- **Conflict Resolution**: Handle tenant complaints and disputes, and liaise with the RTB as needed

**Qualifications**

**BC Property Management License** (required)
**1+ years of property management experience** (Luxury property experience is a plus)
Strong knowledge of **BC rental laws and RTB regulations**
Excellent **customer service and communication skills**
Ability to **handle issues independently** and resolve conflicts effectively
Proficiency in **property management software and basic computer skills**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
