**Salesforce Administrator Job Description**

**About the Role**:
As Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Wilcox Door Service Inc. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a desire to keep learning. The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.

**Responsibilities**

This is a varied business facing role, with the following responsibilities:

- _Business process automation within the organization_
- _Business analysis_
- _All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups_
- _User support tickets_
- _Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders_
- _Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports_
- _Monitor user adoption_
- _User training and creating training materials_

**Qualifications and Background**
- Required: _
- _Salesforce product knowledge and _hands-on administration experience with _**_Sales Cloud & Field Service Lightning_**:

- _Trailhead Badges/Super Badges_
- _Certified Salesforce Administrator_
- _Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification_

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Required: _
- _A proactive attitude to platform enhancements_
- _A desire to implement best practice solutions _
- _Available and responsive to questions_
- _Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels_
- _Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions_
- _Training users and creating training materials_
- _Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)_
- _Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $51,001.43-$98,390.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L5E 1H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
