**What will you do**:
- For residential (Hotel) and commercial buildings General Maintenance issues
- Assist with Appliances issues such as fridges, dishwashers, washers and dryers, microwaves.
- Perform repairs, and improvement of facilities (e.g. painting, drywall repairs, door repairs, plumbing, fixtures repairs, counter top replacements, minor moves, etc.)
- To be Familiar with computerized Preventive Maintenance and Service Requests systems
- Proficient with Office 365 environment
- Provide maintenance and repairs to units during resident move-in and move-out, and occupied units
- Work together with the building operations on plumbing issues
- Respond immediately to emergencies both during regular working hours and after hours if required through Edon's on-call rotating schedule
- Assist with completing preventive maintenance in accordance with Edon's Preventive Maintenance Program
- Work with the grounds team to ensure proper curbside appearance of the property (favorable first impressions)
**What are we looking for?**
- Plumbing experience is a must
- Minimum of two years previous building maintenance experience considered an asset
- Completed Grade 12 education
- Owns basic hand tools
- Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
- Strong customer care and communication skills
- Strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
