Key Responsibilities:

- **Maintenance Support**: Assist with daily equipment maintenance, minor repairs, and troubleshooting.
- **Inventory Control**: Help manage materials, track stock levels, and maintain organized storage systems.
- **Operational Support**: Contribute to the implementation of new programs and procedures to improve plant efficiency.

Qualifications:

- **Basic Technical Skills**: Comfortable using Excel and learning other tools for maintenance and inventory tracking.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy in documentation, inventory counts, and routine checks.
- **Strong Work Ethic**: Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- **Physical Ability**: Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Assets:

- Experience operating a **forklift** (Valid forklift license is a plus, but not required)
- Previous experience in **maintenance**, **warehouse**, **manufacturing**, or **recycling** environments
- Familiarity with **inventory management systems** or **maintenance tracking software**
