We are looking for a **VP, Product Marketing and** **Enablement** to join our growing team, reporting into the **Chief Growth Officer. **This role will help further refine product and go-to-market strategy as the business continues to learn and merge learnings back into continuous program execution.

**What You'll Do**:

- Help create the scaleable and repeatable sales engine at Rival Group, through best-practice Product Marketing, Go-To-Market and Sales Enablement strategies and programs.
- Play a critical role in bringing together different teams and processes across the business linking product and GTM strategy. Lead content development for Go-To-Market campaigns that elevate the consumer’s view of our product to deliver against business objectives and strategy. You will be responsible for a variety of product marketing content including presentations, brochures, videos, website copy, case studies, and social media posts.
- Define product positioning, value proposition, buying triggers, and messaging, to achieve business goals.
- Work with executives and leaders across both Rival Group operating companies (Reach3 and Rival Technologies) to build prioritized and aligned plans, and to ensure the operationalization of those plans.
- Help us shape Rival’s story by taking a lead role in our solutions messaging and sales enablement efforts for our Community 2.0 and Conversational Research platform products.
- Help build a culture of strategic clarity, alignment, and execution based on customer and market insights.
- Lead awareness of new feature launches to drive interest in Rival Technologies’ platform.
- Communicate complex information.

**What You'll Have**:

- You have **10+ years** of relevant work experience that spans marketing, product marketing, GTM, and product management, in a **SaaS (or subscription-based)** environment.
- You are a storyteller. You have deep empathy for our ICP and are able to adapt how you communicate complex information to best reach and engage your audience.
- You are data-oriented. You like working with data and insights and you pair that affinity with your passion for customers to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take our products to market.
- You can manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various workstreams on track.
- You are technologically proficient - you are very comfortable with Groove (or similar), HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Office, Slack, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in **marketing, business, **or related discipline; MBA is a plus.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- A background in **consumer insights or the market research industr**y.**
