**We are hiring for Class 1 drivers to join our Flat Deck Division, running Super B Flat Decks out of Castlegar, Nelson, Trail, Salmo & Creston in the West Kootenays region of BC.**

**WHAT WE OFFER**
- Industry leading pay rate of 78 cents per mile.
- Home every weekend.
- Professional 24 hour dispatch team that treats drivers with the respect they deserve and the support they require.
- Overtime pay after 60 hours.
- Pay for chaining up and tarping.
- 4% vacation pay.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Experienced Class 1 professional drivers who take their safety, equipment and compliance seriously.
- A clean driver’s abstract with no suspensions.
- Experience in winter mountain driving and pulling Super Bs.
- Experience securing flat deck loads and tarping.
- Drivers who want to maximize their hours, miles and income.
- Routes available into the US for qualified drivers.
