We are currently looking for a Cutter Operator to join our team

The Cutter Operator is responsible for trimming and cutting all finishing services for press and digital print projects in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Coordinate with Production Team and Bindery Supervisor to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
- Perform cutting-related functions as noted on work order/job tickets.
- Process handwork assembly according to specifications.
- Package jobs, complete work orders, tickets, and delivery receipts as necessary and placed in their assigned areas.
- Perform quality controls on the assigned machine.
- Operate machine to produce orders.
- Control and adjust machine setting.
- Maintain activity logs
- Maintain knowledge of safety equipment of job and equipment.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Notify Production Supervisor or Customer Service Rep of any quality and/or quantity conflict.
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area following maintenance procedures and update maintenance logs.
- Monitor and manage inventory of bindery supplies; order and stock as instructed by the supervisor.
- Inform supervisor of equipment problems.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in Bindery is preferred.
- High school diploma/GED with experience or vocational/technical certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and attention to work station.
