Join our **Customer Service** team Now hiring a **Customer Service Administrator** for our **Head Office** in **Burlington, Ontario**.

**What it’s all about**:
As a CSA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will be responsible for receiving, verifying and processing clients’ service orders and agreements in a face paced environment.

**What you will do**:

- Receive, verify and process customer service orders and agreements
- Process credits for customers
- System administration, reporting and order entry
- Warranty updates for customer orders
- Phone support when required, including calling customers for clarification on orders
- Other support where required

**What we are looking for**:

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable with providing support to the Customer Service Representatives and answering customer calls
- Attention to detail
- Dependable, team player with a positive attitude
