**Job Description**:
Reitmans (Canada) Limited (RCL) is looking for a **Sales Audit Clerk** for a **part-time position** (15-20h per week).
**The opportunity**:
The Sales Audit Clerk serves as a key link between sales at the store level and the subsequent accounting for sales in the finance department. He / she is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of Sales Data within the Sales Audit System.
**What your tasks will look like**:
- Assists the accounting staff by preparing reports that are key to the financial accounting reconciliation process;
- Creates monthly and ad-hoc reports required by other functional areas of the company (i.e. Accounting, Rent Administration, Loss Prevention, divisional Store Operations, etc.);
- Responds to inquiries and/or helps troubleshoot with problem scenarios coming from the POS department, the stores, Loss Prevention, customer service, etc.;
- Performs other administrative functions.

**Requirements**:
- Be in the process of obtaining a DEC or BAC in Business or Commerce program;
- Strong analytical / investigative / multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel pivot tables and formulas);
- French is required for this position (spoken and written);
- Ability to work from home or at office, as required;
- ** Be available 15-20h/week from Monday to Friday.**
