Foran’s Roofing & Sheetmetal Limited is a professional roofing contracting firm owned and operated by second and third generation family members. We specialize in roof replacements, new construction and maintenance services to industrial, commercial and institutional buildings. We are in need of a Health & Safety Administrator.

- Strong knowledge of **Word, Excel, and Outlook**:

- **Successful completion of JHSC Part 1 & 2**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 3+ years’ experience working in an office setting
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
- Customer-service oriented
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with mínimal supervision
- Construction experience an asset

**Responsibilities**:
Health & Safety
- Member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee
- COR Administration (joint project)
- Track all forms, submissions and reports

Manpower
- Assist with recruitment
- Orientation for new employees
- Tracking all company assets held by all employees, such as keys, cell phones, laptops
- Track employees time and attendance (vacation, weather, etc.)

Fleet Management
- Vehicle tracking - owned / leased vehciles and other equipment
- GPS system, permits, licensing / registration, CVOR
- Updating vehicle list, drivers list, insurance list

Other Cross Training Initiatives
- General office administration
- Social media & moral building functions
- Project Coordination

**Salary**: $52,000.00 per year
