Logistics Student

Reporting to the **Logistics Analyst**, the summer student would receive an opportunity to get a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of Cavendish Farms Supply Chain. This includes Planning, Logistics, Customer Service as well as Optimization.
- Assist with process mapping
- Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting and failure investigation
- Continuous improvement activities
- Enhancement/Bug life-cycle management: idea, development, testing, deployment
- Assist in daily operations as needed in the TMS (Transportation Management System)
- Work cross functionally across departments to ensure projects are being prioritized and completed on time
- Problem solving skills.
- Process focus.
- Technology / systems proficiency.
- Office 365 proficiency.
- Interest in Supply Chain.
