Programs range from primary care to acute care, and includes laboratories, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics. Additional programs that also support patient care and information include Virtual Care, the MySaskHealthRecord, and the Provincial Electronic Health Record. eHealth is also responsible for the administration of various pieces of legislation to manage the registration of/changes to all vital event records (e.g. birth, marriage, death, etc.), registration of legal name changes, registration of adoptions, and for maintaining the provincial health registry for health services eligibility and distribution of health services cards.- The eHealth teams engage directly with health system partners and other stakeholders both provincially and federally to ensure all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.**About the Role**:
- The position is primarily operational and involves direct interaction with the public to address inquiries, concerns, and requests. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and health system partners to respond to requests and investigate incidents effectively. We are excited to fill this role and looking forward to having a new member of our team**Typical Daily Duties**:

- Respond to questions and concerns from Saskatchewan residents;
- Process and respond to access to information requests;
- Process and respond to audit and other requests;
- Investigate privacy incidents and complaints;
- Develop privacy policies, procedures, guidelines; and

**What are we looking for?**
- The knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a degree in health information, social science, or public administration. Consideration will be given to those who have completed a Health Information Management diploma program. A combination of education and experience may be considered. In addition to educational requirements, you will have 1-3 years of experience working with Saskatchewan’s privacy legislation or within in a similar role within a healthcare environment. Completion of the IAPP certificate through the University of Alberta would be considered an asset. Additional skills include:
