Turnover Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Functional knowledge of all segment areas of construction and commissioning.
- Communicating and interacting with employees at all working and management levels
- Actively participate and/or lead Internal meetings related to turnover
- Develop and present related information to contractors, commissioning coordinator and handover manager
- On site review, inspection, or walkdown of work scope for completeness, quality, and compliance with project specification and regulatory requirements.
- Performing tag to quality checklist or test record validation checks and ensuring the turnover database is kept current based on this validation.
- Supporting Contractors in the use the turnover database and facilitating transaction of Contractor documentation
- Updating and maintaining the turnover database and the master punch lists resulting from walkdowns
- Coordinating with construction, quality, and contractors all required priority tags and priority systems that are to be completed for final turnover throughout the Project.
- Ensuring all deficiencies resulting from walkdowns are correctly categorized and entered into the turnover database and coordinating with construction on clearing all deficiencies in a timely manner for commissioning or handover acceptance. Deficiencies will also include any documentation deficiency required to be corrected.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in industrial construction, oil and gas and/or similar.
- Previous experience in turnover process on mega projects considered and asset.
- Engineering or Technical degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated job related technical knowledge and experience in mechanical completions, quality control/assurance, construction.
- Proficiency with BIM360, MS Excel and Word is considered an asset.
- Strong process skills with the ability to assimilate information.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple sources of schedule into a master schedule.
- Demonstrated ability to develop performance tracking and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability managing Client and subcontractor agreements.
- Ability to manage activities and deliverables on multiple project sites is highly desirable.
- Experience working on large construction projects, especially infrastructure, is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
