**The Role**:
The Corporate Controller is a senior member of the finance team responsible for providing decision making support to Caivan’s senior leadership group.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The establishment of dynamic real time treasury management and feedback systems
- Preparing cash flow projections, managing minimum liquidity levels and assisting in preparing bank financing packages
- Coordinate reporting to external partners of consolidated cash requirement projections, cash calls and project reporting updates
- Coordinating the development of new business reports and policies and procedures which enhance business performance
- Monitor and evaluate accuracy, consistency and timeliness of key financial reporting deliverables
- Manage consolidation of various key business reports for presentation to senior executive team
- Prepare and oversee corporate division operating budget, forecasts and variance analysis
- Build relationships with other departments within the business, to support the integrity of the financial information required for reporting purposes
- Ensure compliance with, and make recommendations for, improvements in finance policies and procedures, including assessing accounting systems and identifying areas for improvement as they relate to internal controls and treasury operations

**You will bring**:

- Demonstrated success in providing value added services to a dynamic and growing senior leadership group;
- University Degree, with a focus in finance, with professional finance designation considered an asset;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry;
- Excellent relationship building with a strong customer focus and a collaborative working style;
- Ability to communicate and enforce adherence to processes, procedures and performance objectives;
- Results oriented with ability to set realistic and attainable goals and meet those on time; and
- Ability to lead by example, and foster development and training of other finance team members
