**Responsibilities**

As a Carpenter at Action Restoration Services, your duties will include:

- **Carpentry & Finishing Work**: Install doors, casings, baseboards, trims, and other finishing details with precision.
- **Drywall & Finishing**: Perform insulation, vapor barrier installation, drywall hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and surface preparation.
- **Framing & Renovations**: Assist with framing, room layout adjustments, and other structural carpentry as required.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all work meets company standards for durability, safety, and aesthetics.
- **Site Safety & Cleanliness**: Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proven experience in carpentry, renovations, and finishing work.
- Skilled in drywall finishing (tape, mud, sand) and painting.
- Strong knowledge of insulation and vapor barrier installation.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and measurements.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Schedule & Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime available—but only if you want it
- Most jobs are local to the Humboldt area
- Occasional overnight travel may be required (but it’s rare)
- Full-time or part-time positions available—we’re flexible
- Competitive wage based on experience
- Company vehicle and tools provided
