We are looking for a self motivated person who has a passion for dairy farming.

Main Responsibilities are:
Monitoring animal health for milking cows, heifers and calves ( recognizing and treating animal health issues)

Working as needed with the vet, feed specialists, etc

Milking with other employees

General maintenance in barns

Maintaining production records, health records, herd software, etc

Experience driving farm equipment ( Tractor, Skid Steer etc)

Ability to breed is an asset

*compensation will reflect experience

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
