Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of beauty advisors
- Ensure excellent customer service and team engagement
- Monitor sales and KPIs to meet and exceed targets
- Oversee inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and health & safety compliance
- Collaborate with head office for promotions and local marketing
- Ensure POS accuracy and daily cash reconciliation
- Manage scheduling, onboarding, and employee training

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience (do not has to be manager but retail experience request, beauty industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Have knowledge on Asian beauty skincare
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

**Aperçu du poste**

Nous recherchons un(e) **Gérant(e) de magasin** pour diriger notre boutique située au **Centre Eaton de Montréal**.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Diriger, coacher et soutenir une équipe de conseillers(ères) beauté
- Assurer un excellent service à la clientèle et l'engagement de l’équipe
- Suivre les ventes et les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI)
- Gérer les stocks, les réapprovisionnements et la présentation visuelle
- Maintenir la propreté du magasin et le respect des normes de santé et sécurité
- Collaborer avec le siège social pour les promotions et le marketing local
- Assurer l’exactitude du système de caisse (POS) et la clôture quotidienne
- Gérer les horaires, l’intégration et la formation des employés

**Qualifications requises**
- Minimum de **2 ans d’expérience en vente au détail** (pas nécessairement en tant que gérant, mais l’expérience en magasin est exigée ; secteur de la beauté préféré)
- Solides compétences en leadership et en organisation
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et de communication
- Maîtrise des systèmes de caisse (POS) et compétences de base en informatique
- Bonne connaissance des soins de la peau asiatiques
- Disponibilité flexible, y compris les fins de semaine et jours fériés

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
