**Role description**:
Arcadis is seeking a Principal Management Consultant to join our digital Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) solutions team. The position has the option of working remotely from a home location or from an Arcadis office location. Our digital EHS&S services help our clients deploy enterprise software solutions for their environmental, health & safety and sustainability management needs.
**Role accountabilities**:

- Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution including configuration, implementation, and sustainment of Environmental, Health & Safety and sustainability (EHS&S) management information systems
- Serving as a functional expert for digital EHS&S systems
- Consulting with the client on system and process requirements
- Configuring technical specifications and components within a digital EHS&S solution
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and comprehensive documentation skills
- Ability to take responsibility for upholding quality delivery standards
- Proficient at making and delivering presentations in a professional setting
- Serve as a leader to facilitate a collaborative environment
- Managing multiple projects and priorities and ensuring requirements are documented correctly and completely
- Ability to assist in addressing conflicts between client and solution provider

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 8+ years of experience working in the EHS&S and/or system implementation area preferably with Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera software or other EH&S software.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business or equivalent work experience
